Fees (including VAT)

The full registration fees include:

• access to all sessions of the EWSHM and PHME workshops,
• oral or poster presentation of up to two papers at the EWSHM, the conference proceedings on a USB key,
• coffee breaks and lunches during the conference,
• all social events:
  • icebreaker reception, 7 July,
  • cocktail reception offered by Nantes Métropole, 8 July,
  • gala dinner at Elephant Hall, 9 July,
  • boat cruise and dinner at Château de La Poterie, 10 July,
  • site visits, 11 July.

Student registration fees include the same services as the full registration, except the boat cruise and dinner at Château de la Poterie on 10 July. A valid student ID is required at the time of registration.

The submission of accepted papers requires payment of the registration fee for at least one author, i.e. not later than 18 April 2014. A registered participant may be a co-author in several papers, but each participant may present up to two papers at the conference.

Please note that presenting authors at the 2nd European Conference of the Prognostics and Health Management society (PHME), which takes place in cooperation with the EWHSM 2014 at the same time, need a separate registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the conference secretariat. The following conditions will be applied:

• Until June 20, 2014: a 50% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee;
• From June 21, 2014: no refund.

Reimbursement will be processed after the conference only.
